走portage桥,从ottaw过hull的桥头,因为最右边是公车道,所以有个转弯道在右边第二道,而且有个专门的右转绿灯,当这个灯是红灯能右转吗。我因为红灯停在那里等右转绿灯被后面的车嘀了,不知道自己是否错了。我看见有些人是等绿灯的,也有些人看清楚了就转,实在是迷惑啊。
In Ontario, it is your personal "choice".
You are usually allowed to turn right at RED if you feel it is safe to do it. Exception: if there is a no-right-turn-at-RED sign, you cannot turn right at RED. Other than that, you have a freedom to turn right or not when the traffic light is RED.
If you don't feel safe, you can wait until the green light. The traffic law does not require you to turn right at RED in any province/state in Canada or USA.
