不知道附近有没有比较新的公寓，或者独立屋

Blair附近10年新的TOWNHOUSE大概28-33万，离高速也不是很远。不知道算不算便宜？

还是比较希望是house,最好35w以下的
或者那种2-bedroom的condo也可以，不过最好是马上建好的，或者比较新的
一直也没找到blair附近比较新的房子
