The lot is too short (front to back is only 92 feet), and space between the houses is probably 3 feet wide, I am wondering how much snow will be trapped over there in a winter like last year's ?

If $38 wan is your budget, you can go to much better places like stone bridge or riverside south, the spaces between the house is at least 8 feet, and even the streets are wider ...

按我个人对渥太华房价的理解,现在的房价大约相当于地税的100倍左右.经过近2年房屋估价与房屋市场的匹配,渥太华地区地税对房屋真实价值的反映还是可以作为参考依据的.该房的2008年地税3744,那房价37.5万(只是目前,今后房价的走势可能会低)还算合理.至于更高或更低只是个人的心理价位和房内的具体配置的问题了.

今年6月份的时候我看过一个和这个房子一样房型的房子,也是morgans grant. portadown cres，2003. 要价34.5万。不过一楼是地毯。房子没大有人住过（房主念大学的女儿一个人住，念完大学了马上就没人住了），看上去很干净。 忘了有没有fence了, 无deck。说来你听，你自己比较。
