原来的家庭医生是 LifeSource Clinic 的 Doctor Chan, 今天想约年检，被LifeSource 告知，他搬到多伦多去了，不知是真是假，有没有人能核实一下，Doctor Chan 是搬到多伦多去了，还是只是不在 LifeSource Clinic 干了，但还在Ottawa?

另外，有没有哪位能推荐个家庭医生？种族，性别无所谓。本人住在 Baseline and Woodroffe 附近。网上查了一下，都不收新人。

He moved to Toronto 2 months ago. I believed that he should told you at the first time meeting. I'm not surprised that he was gone and got the letter from him either. But I feel that the lifesource won't be help us to find another doctor.

I checked most areas in ottawa, no doctor accepts new patients --- yeah... very very bad news for us.

If you do want to have check up , just go to walk in clinic....

They can get Dr. Ren for you if you ask them. I did that way.
Tell them you prefer to see Dr. Ren.
