我的电脑哑巴了，不知道什么原因，扬声器和耳机都没反应（但耳机在其他机器上正常），哪位高人告诉我怎么办？不胜感激

估计是驱动程序出问题了，在系统属性->硬件管理器里面看看有没有问题。

Have you installed anything recently which might cause this to happen? If so, try the system restore option.
Start->Program->Accessories->System Tools->System restore
Choose Restore my computer to an earlier time
Select the date which the computer still has "voice"
