帮工友问一下,他想担保他妈妈移民来加拿大,不知道政府要求每年收入要多少钱的,打多少税,要不要银行存款或保证金.大概要多少钱的收入呢.

你可以到cic.gc.ca 网站上查家庭团聚移民的指南： “Family Class Sponsorship of parents, grandparents, adopted children and
other relatives The Sponsor’s Guide”. 里面有具体的说明和收入要求。

I think it is pre-tax. Please also note that QC has different standard.
