通過公民考試後被要求要填表格..宣示遙遙無期

我住滿申請公民後, 又待了半年就離開了加拿大半年又一天...不知道有沒有人知道加拿大有沒有規定拿楓葉卡不能離開超過半年的. 我考完試面談, 他們問了我有沒有在申請後離開過加拿大..我說有..從4月到10月...我太誠實了...我以為我有住滿就沒事了..他硬要說我沒住滿...叫我回家再算一次網路上的實際居住表....我確實有住滿...但是..填完表(residence questionair) 交出去後...要等到他們審核我的..可能還要幾個月....我搜尋了一下網站..有人2~3個月..有人18個月.......我不能就這樣等一個不知道什麼時候才會完成的手續........有沒有人跟我一樣的情形..要填那個表的...大約要等多久啊..我還可以離開加拿大嗎???...現在正在無期限的等待...

I got residence questionnaire before test. However, I have completed 1095 days. I was on vacation in USA for about 1 month after submitting my application. Now 8 months past and no news from CIC. I called CIC several times and was informed no max span for this step. You have to complete 1095 days when you hear judge. Which means, If you hear judge 1 year later, maybe you will be rejected.

omg do u mean anyone who has been asked to fill out the questionair would have to see a judge even if they have stayed for 1095 days ... i applied the citizenship late...when i fill out the application for the citizenship..i was only 1 month short from 1095 days.... i enclose a new calculation with the questionair which shows that i have live here for enough days.... i thought that means if they agree that i have life here for enough days..then i dont' have to see a judge..do u know anything about it ???...

It is a big chance to hear judge if u get RQ. You are not qualified when you submitted the application.
