对方全责，答应修车，但后来耍赖不理我了怎么办？

我直行，对方右拐，擦到我左后轮区域（不严重）。对方答应给我修好，故只记下他的姓名、驾照号码、电话，就让他走了。后给他打电话，一开始说没联系好GARAGE，后来干脆不接电话了。请教各位我该怎么办？
