在加国生的小孩，送回中国寄养还能领牛奶金吗？

我朋友的孩子准备送回国寄养，听说在使馆办了寄养证明的就不能再领牛奶金了？真有这种说法吗？如果继续领会有甚么后果？

The Canada Child Tax Benefit is a tax-free monthly payment made to eligible families to help them with the cost of raising children under age 18.

To be eligible to receive the CCTB, you have to live with the child and be a resident of Canada for income tax purposes.
