:flaming:My car had a accident and the insurance company assigned a garage for fixing the car. But after I sent my car to the garage, the four brand new snow tires of my car were stolen at garage's parking lot; also, the window was broken, and the seats were damaged. The garage said they could replace the snow tires and fix the window and seats.
My question is that: My car is 2007, only 1 years old. Facing such a damage, I do not want to keep this car even if they will fix it. I want the insurance company to replace me a new car, since it was the insurance company that told me to sent my car to this garage, the insurance company should take the responsibility.
Any one having the same experience may give me some advice, please.
