I , strongly urge his Hon.the Mayor and the city of Ottawa to hire a new well-trained drivers from their long waiting list( they are more than 1000 drivers,I`m one of them) and are ready to work for a wage lesser than the wage paid to the recent drivers. Atleast this number will cover a 65% of OC Transpo operations across Ottawa. Leave them on their strike, we don`t need them anymore. They`re asking the city to show some respect, while they themslves don`t show any respect to us(siniors,students,women,men,children) .And what`s this all about? for 3% only,they got 7% of 10%. come on. We`ve already seen a delay and bad service provided by the OC Transpo drivers, and nobody judged them. Finaly, don`t forget there are thousands of immigrants, seeking jobs in Ottawa and well-trained too,if this chance (bus drivers)been given to them,they would accept it right away.
