I would suggest to get the dish from computerconcepts.ca I found their dish price is good.

I would go to FTA Tronix for the Sonicview 360 premier for $129.

I think FTAtronicx will do the install as well. Just wonder if they will price match with computerconcepts. Make sure to get a 33" dish for pointing to 118.3 anik 3.

I am asking this for a friend. I have a dish installed many years ago which can only receive CCTV-4 and CCTV-9. And I don't have to pay the monthly subscription fee. But I forgot the contact info where I got the dish and the box.

I thought to receive Chinese FTA channels such as CCTV-4, CCTV-9 etc, the dish should point to 95.0W Galaxy 3C or 148.0W Echos Star 1. I do not know there is another 118.3 Anik 3. Is this a new satellite? Can you provide more informations?

FTA=Free To Air, There is no monthly free.

You can get both 118.3 anik 3 and Echostar 7 at 119 with one special LNB and same 33' dish as before. Anik 3 is a new stat(2007?) and contains lots of Chinese programs besides CCTV4 from Dishnetworks
