I used Homles Heating 613-592-8170 once, not too bad: quick appointment, price was not too high.

If you have an older furnace, you might consider a yearly service plan.

Furnace上边有没有贴着service 的信息？ 如果是新房子， 应该有warauntee, 电话号码可能贴在炉子上的。 如果是老房子， 就得自己想办法了。 租的房子找房东。 自己的房子就找楼上介绍的几个都可以。
