I would say from several (like 3) to 50 kilometers are aceptable range.
Otherwise, I will suspect it was used for test driving.

It might be a higher mileage for a 2008 model, as it could be driven from one location to another.

新车50公里以下都很合理。我的车提车时只有10几公里。sales也和我说得很清楚的，说这10几公里怎么来的，因为Dealer的bodyshop和销售部门都不是一起的。bodyshop是外包的。比如Dow Honda的bodyshop在Hunt Club上面，离Dealership很远。这么来回就很容易开出这个公里数。

另外汽油Dealer没有义务帮你加满，但是很多dealer都帮你加满不收钱。如果谈车时dealer连汽油都计较，别谈了，直接走人。
