There could be many factors WRT this kind of questions. My answer is, normally/usually it takes about 30-35 minutes.

But under the current circumstances of an OC Transpo drivers' strike, the answer would be, "Who knows?".

Baseline Road becomes Heron Road at Prince of Wales, I believe.

Yes, but you would not be allowed to make a left turn onto Riverside Road East from Heron Road. You would have to pass Riverside Road and exit Heron at the intersection right before/beneath the Bronson Ave/Airport Parkway bridge. Then follow [19] in yellow (regional road 19 - Riverside Rd) and turn right onto Riverside Road East. (Add 10-15 more minutes to this ramp.)
