I just went through the same problem as yours. Just make sure:
1. Install filter for all telephone in your house
2. Disconnect the fax modem in your computer if you are using one
3. Ask Acanac to switch to dynamic IP if you have static IP service. I was told they are having some technical problems for static IP service.
4. Call technical support, they willl send a Bell technician to check the quality of your phone line.
