1、关税
2、购置税
3、消费税
4、增值税
5、运费
6、港口费
7、车检费
8、交强险
具体的税率根据不同的车型会不同的。排量越大的车税率越高。

You may not need to pay some of the items listed above if you have successfully completed a degree. Talk to the Chinese Embassy Education Office. They may have the info.

But keep in mind that if you do so, your car will not have the factory warranty over there in China; and if you buy a model that is not available in China, you will find no replacement parts. This will be the pain in the neck.

一是免税车的种类很少。
二是买免税车，好像必须是全价，但是买车的时候，可以砍价，而且现在经销商的降价都很大，和制造商的指导价差很多，这样下来，省的税比优惠的钱少多了。
