Minto home in Barrhaven Chapman Mills

Hi Guys,

plan to buy Minto new home in Barrhaven, anybody can provide some review about this home builder? I know they have low standard with the interior material. I am not concerned with their after-sale service?

Any review about Minto is very much appreciated.

Minto is a good builder... I had minto build town house ,which is over 20 years, pretty good internal. I do not know what you means the low standard material? whatever which builder, some of the material you should do upgrade.

You should concern the followup service if you buy a new build home.

what I heard and what I've seen is just the opposite. Minto uses very cheap materials. There is a website (can't remember the link) shows peoples' comments on builders in ottawa. Most people did say much good things about the builders. We've seen a few Minto's model homes, didn't want to make any comments. I have couples of friends bought minto homes, they said it's cheap in terms of price and quality, the upgrade is very expensive that's how they rip you off.
