I am interested as well. I live in Barhaven and have some Yoga DVD. Right now I am on Mat. leave and interested in practing Yoga during the daytime. If we pracice it during the day, we can alternate our houses as our yoga place. What you think?

I try to practice Yoga every morning following Yoga TV show. I don't think instructor is needed. I will be interested in getting together once during the weekend to practice it.

It is on channel 265 called Channel One: body, mind and spirit. It is on several times during the day; there are quite a few sessions every morning.
