木地板如何打蜡?

请问 家里的实木地板 多长时间 打一次腊 合适?

还有 有什么好的 地板蜡推荐?
哪里能够买到?

most newer floor is not waxed. It has a polyurethane coating. You only need to clean it with dump mop with little hardwood cleaner (Home depot).

Over the time you may have to re coat them. Polyurethane is water based if you start to wax , you have to keep wax forever, it can't be coated with polyurethane again unless you sand it down and refinish it.
So unless you have a very old house with waxed floor, don't wax them.

是已预先finished的engineered wood，还是真正的hardwood floor呢？预先finished的engineered wood的话，用清水就好了，不能用cleaner的。是真正的hardwood floor的话，可以用白醋加清水就会爽和亮，也不怕宠物和小孩敏感。过几年再refinish表层。
