2009年3月8日星期日下午12点半至2点半在Bronson Centre (211 Bronson Ave.)我们将组织一个题目为＂中国手工艺和美食大聚会＂。
内容如下:

• 各带一品自制美食与大家分享
• 手工艺作品展(中国结, 折纸作品, 画石头作品等)
• 关于动员参加2009年秋季长跑活动

What's "华人妇女联合会" ? Is it an official organization? who are working there? What's the activities to help 华人妇女? And pls provide contact information.

What's "华人妇女联合会" ?

渥太华华人妇女联合会（简称“华人妇联”）是自发的非赢利的华人社团组织。她是渥太华华人社团联合会（简称“华联会”FOCCO）的成员之一并参与其活动。华人妇联正式成立于2005年8月。她的宗旨是做华人妇女之友，维护华人妇女的利益，组织各种有益妇女身心健康的活动。华人妇联设主席一名和副主席两名。人选的产生为毛遂自荐或由会员推选，每年年底进行调整。
华人妇联会员入会自由，不必交纳会费，可自愿为华人妇联捐款，同时接受社会各界的赞助。捐赞名单及金额将刊登在每年末的简报上。欢迎更多的妇女朋友们加入我们的行列。
