总体说，Bells' Corner那个区，一般。

那里房子老，所以便宜。

其实，并不是因为那里房子老，所以房价相对便宜。主要是区域不同，地价也不同的原因。

The Glebe 和　Rockcliffe Park两个区，以及Sandy Hill、Alta Vista区，房子都比Bells' Corner的房子老很多，房子也好，价格更好。

financially wise, they are mid to low class. the neighborhood make the price of house, new or old house just the second factor effect the house price.

说得不错。

其实，那个区，很杂乱。部分房子，一般人肯定是买不起(沿Islandpark两侧，很多外国使节住那里；Islandpark以西、还有靠近河那片）；部分房子，普通老百姓买得起，但是是相当的差（１６８菜市场以西、沿Richmond及其以北那片，买得起，敢住吗？）。

所以，我建议不考虑。
