It looks like this will include Guitar Hero 3, Guitar Hero Aerosmith, Guitar Hero On Tour, Guitar Hero World Tour, Rock Band, and Rock Band 2. This should apply to the major consoles (Xbox 360, PS3, PS3, Wii and DS), but the ad also states that selection will vary by store.
