Did you get 2009 property tax bill?

I have not received the 2009 property tax bill and of course I have not paid any tax for 2009. Just wonder if City will charge me the late fee. By the way, I moved in the house in 2008.

your 2008 property tax had been paid when you bought the house, so that is fine.
2009 tax will come in 3 (or 4?) installments. Make sure you pay them promptly.
Call city (tel: 311) ask for revenue office and check to see you can pay them through your chequing account monthly. It is late now but you probably can still set one up.

I just received the interim tax bill due March 31. Gee aren't they greedy..
