Heureux got the point. Since you can still log into your laptop. you might as well open a DOS command promt and type ipconfig to get the ip address of the laptop. Then you can share the directories out. It will be a different story if you want to reuse that hard disk though.
hhow to open DOS prompt? Is there any shortcut key? If I let windows bootup, screen becomes un-recognisable, can't see start menu, can't see my mouse.
If there is a way to open DOS prompt, I may be able copy the file to a USB drive.
