why Crashing windows API using perl?

I am using the Device::Labjack module in a perl program to call a Dynamic Link Library(DLL) named "Labjack.dll").

When i am executing this, perl script exits at the Call line, giving me the "Perl Command Line Interpreter has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience" message.

Help please!!!
