Morgan's Grant在该图的北面，还远着呢，并隔一山坡（不高但是面积挺大）。

要买的就快啦，人家的房子已经从2000年20万升到现在42万啦。还有这么多人关注买房，赫赫，房价要跌是很难啦。

But I heard even in Beaverbrook you could smell it in the summer some times.
You could image the smell in Morgan's Grant.

Public French is French school.
French Immersion is program in English school.
You couldn't go to French school except your kid is alreay in French school E.g. You are moving from Quebec. Other rules to get in French school doesn't apply for Chinese normally.

如果你认为只有某一个地方的氡气高，那你就错了。整个北美，或全世界（如有地下室）都有这个问题。当然跟你的地基的位置，水泥的密封度，换气系统等都有很大的关系。很容易测试，但要花钱几百文。当然，你也可以睡在“火山”口上，自己欺骗自己。
我测了一下，略低于平均值。（测试公司会给你很多资料。）但我还是做了一些防范措施。网上搜索一下Radon，就有很多信息。

香港还是有很多人在1997年以后买房。
美国现在还是有很多人买房。听说有些买主还一买就三五套十来套的，在某几个城市。


42万现在已经回到了38-39万，还卖不动。

Morgan's Grant is very good. Only thing is its distance to highway. Unless you works in Kanata , it takes 10 more minutes driving time comparing to kanata lake.
