Need suggestions to buy a house

I am new here, and planning to buy a 2-3 bedroom house/townhouse/apartment.

Advises about the main difference between house/townhouse/apt...new/old...location, etc.etc.

I have no knowledge about the property market, so pls help!

You would need a 3-bedroom one at least, or it could be too small after you lived there for a while.

3 beds may be a good idea -at least it will be easier for re-sale.

What is the main difference between new and second hand house? it seems most of us prefer new house in stead of second-hand?

My plan is to stay here for a long-term, and only mywife and myself in most of the time. Well, I also expect to have a chance to grow something in the backyard.....:blowzy:

What LS says makes sense. You should give yourself sometime.

1) You would want to do some "home work" yourself to answer your own questions.

2) You would want to wait and see how the market reacts to the current recession.
