急问：我买的新房地下室水泥面上有很多裂纹，问题严重吗？

请问在这里的诸位大侠和楼主，我买的新房检查时，发现地下室的水泥面上有横七竖八的裂纹，不知道这个问题严重吗？怎么造成的？

Don't worry about these crack on the floor. If there is any crack on the wall, you need to worry if there is leak in basement.

宋强验房师告诉我地下室地上有裂纹没关系,是无法避免的,也没什么补救措施.

If the cracks on ground are not too deep and wide, it should not be a problem. You can ask builder have a look. If it is necessary, ask them fix it. They should do it. You have (1) one month and (2) one year warranty from your builder for new house-- if you feel it is a problem, it is reasonable to ask them have a look, it 's free.

If you really worry about it, ask an inspector have a look ( you can ask him look your whole house), but you need pay for it.

有些稍大点的,他们应该给FIX,好象用胶,特别的胶,我家地下室就有FIX的痕迹,是在我们搬进之前就做了的.

Structurally it's safe, if you are planning to spend time in the basement, seal the cracks to reduce the amount of possible Radon gas penetration.
