Really sorry to hear this bad and sad news, a real nice lady.
I met her eight years ago when I saw her at Mendes, I knew we were both from Guangdong, and I knew she was a typical Chinese lady who loved her family and was always wiling to offer her kindlly help to everybody from her motherland.
I met her only once, but kept her in mind so far, and will forever, she will be the pride of our Chinese living in Ottawa.

永远的黄方凤英

这让我想起那年两位小留学生遇害，她主动邀我去参加烛光祈祷。去年4.13，她也主动邀我去参加国会山的集会。一个胸怀坦荡，充满爱心的人。
英，愿你在天堂早日安息吧！我们会永远记住你的！

刚来渥太华的时候想买车，就和她接触过，后来把车撞坏了准备买新车的时候又和她接触过一次，很nice的一个人，没想到就这样。。。。。没了。

沉痛哀悼。
