请教为父母办理来加探亲的事？

近期有哪位为父母办理探亲签证是通过邮寄申请资料到驻北京大使馆的? 大概需要多长时间可以办成功？ 如果年龄超过65岁，一定需要体检的吗？

yes. over 65 have to take medical exam.

My parents got their visa recently. We prepared all the documents for them and mail back home and they mailed to the embassy by EMS. They received their visa one month after without being asked to take medical examination. They are younger than 65.

Use this list, I got my parents here last year.

list enclosed:
1. invitation letter.
2. copy of landing papers or citizenship card or canadian passport.
3. original or notarized copies of all of the following documents:
i. notice of assessment issued by Revenue Canada.
ii. employment letter showing salary, position and length of
employment.
iii. bank statements showing daily transactions for the past 6 months.
iv. pay records fot the past 6 months.

My father is over 70 years old and no medical exam requirement. And my friend's parents
were asked to take the medical exams even though they are under 65 years old.
In most cases there would be no requirement.
