以前曾看到过有朋友讨论过BELL ST 这一片区域怎样，可是找半天也没找到，能不能烦请懂行的朋友在指点一下啊？对BELL ST和LEBRETON ST之间这个BLOCK的房子感兴趣，但是不知道这片区域是否有类似治安上的问题，或是影响将来无法升值方面的隐患问题，谢谢。
还有啊，OTTAWA真正意义上的DOWNTOWN到底是准确的哪个界限啊，以BRONSON, CANAL,417为界么？

I think it's quite a scratchy area, a lot of older homes and apartment buildings. But it's close to Summerset/Chinatown. Be sure to have the house inspected before you firm the deal. Please let me know if you need a home inspector, I have some contacts.
