今天收到一个学校的e-mail，说下周有个什么meeting，内容是
Dear Student:

I am writing to inform you that we are expecting a visit from Mr. Yan, Zuohong (Tim Yan) and Mr. Jim Cornell, both are arriving on Sunday night from our Beijing Office.

They have requested to meet with you to discuss your studies at Algonquin College and any issues you may have.

We have organized two times and two rooms to accommodate both groups (morning and afternoon students) and the International Education Centre will be providing some refreshments for you.

Please choose one of these days at attend:

Tuesday, April 7th from 3:00 - 4:00 p.m in Room B185

OR

Wednesday, April 8th from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. in Room B142

Please come and meet Tim and Jim.
