急:有没有人离开加拿大超过半年了,又能再回来的

听说,虽然有新移民法,但加拿大海关还是拒绝离开加拿大半年以上的移民入境,是真的吗? 我老婆登陆加拿大后住了约7个月,然后一年前又离开加拿大,也没办返加证,因为当时新法要实施了,所以没办. 她现在能回加拿大吗?

It depends on ur luck. I knew someone entered canada without even being checked and she had been outside of canada for more than 1.5 years and didn't apply for a returning permit.

I have the same question as yours. My wife left Canada in June last year after the new act effected. She has been living outside Canada for 9 months. I am wondering also whethe she can come back again. Did you get any other information about it? Thanks.

no problem at all, my friend's roommate asked the immigration bureau 2 weeks ago, the officer said no problem at all.They just judge you by the new immigration law.
