I expect riverside south house price would go up since the horrible traffic issue could be eased and barheaven's house price would go down since traffic would change from worse to the worst. NEPEAN这边的人不愿见.

From the factors of road and population of Riverside South and Barheaven, the traffic in Riverside South is currently even better than Barheaven. The bridge is good for both communities.

You got to be kidding me.

You got to be kidding me. Riverside South's traffic is terrible, every time there is snow, my coworker who is living there would get to office after 10AM. Several time, he just go back to home since after a couple of hours meter by meter moving, he still couldn't even reach hunt club.
