Old Navy has a pretty neat companion site, Old Navy Weekly, where they hide coupons every week. They can be very generous coupons ($25 off $50 or 50% off a single item), but the catch is, you have to find them -- and the hottest coupons are available in limited quantities. The coupons are valid in the US and Canada. They've got a nice status bar at the top which says things like "there are still more 30% off a single item coupons left" and "there are only 17,000 50% off a single item coupons left" so you know what's available and what's been taken.
