想找有2-3岁小孩的家庭，让小孩定期在一起玩，最好是在KANATA或NEPEAN. 有人有兴趣吗？我家是一个2岁半男孩。

Hi Isabel,

What by meant "stay at home moms" is moms staying home permanently or on mat leave. We have lot of moms live in Kanata Lakes and a few moms on mat leave. There are babies in our group but are 6 months and up. You are more than welcome to join us. I can't answer your question of " too young to join", it all depends on how comfortable you feel to have older kids around your baby.

你不参加MacNeil Court的OYEC组织的Little Crawlers活动吗？去一回就能认识不少人。
也该开始排Mother Goose的队了，中英文的都先排着，哪个先到就先上哪个。
Pinecrest OYEC也有drop-in，而且还有toy library，那的中国人就更多了。

wiki is right. you can go to the drop-in programs. From there, you will meet moms with little babies which might be more appropriate for your baby. good luck!

关于Mother Goose我想问一下 - 是指Parent Child Mother Goose Program吗？我在网上搜了一下，只找到了这个The Parent-Child Mother Goose Program - Finding A Program
难道全Ottawa地区也只有Kanata和Vanier两个地方吗？另外在哪里找中文活动的信息呢？

In Kanata, the one on Mcneil court, every Friday afternoon from 1:30-3:00pm, there is a Chinese play group. I always go there, that's how I started this stay at home moms play group. I don't think kanata/vanier are the only places for mother goose. if you search community centers in ottawa, you should be able to find more info. here's a website I found quite useful for parents called "the parents resource center".
