Bell filed a request to CRTC proposing to charge Usage Based Billing (UBB) on its wholesale customers (Acanac is one of them). If this request is approved, everybody have to pay the usage bill exceeding 60G, with no exception!

It is extremely retarded...

Most of US cable providers have about 250GB usage a month, which seems reasonable for now... but it has bee heavily criticized by the bloggers and media people.

60GB it is a joke... Glad I still have bell's unlimited bandwidth plan from years ago... BUT it is too expensive...
