Should be not, that's supposed to be installed on one computer..

There is no legal problem for the buyer. But if someone want to sell his/her software, He/she has to uninstall/remove the software from his/her computer completely. Just like that there is no copyright legal issue if you want to buy a used book.

But anyway, that is just piece of my thought. I'm not a lawyer or copyright expert, so I don't hold any reponsiblity for what I am saying.
