有谁在mattamy fairwind 或half moon bay买房的吗？

很喜欢他家房子的设计， 但不知道该在fairwind还是half moon bay买好？好像都有DUMP的问题，撇开这个不谈，half moon bay得房子是不是升值快一点？谢谢

我們在Half Moon Bay買了Mattamy的新房，9月closing。我們看了不同builders的樓盤半年多，才決定買Mattamy的。我自己本行也是建築/規划設計，雖然跟不少builders都有工作上的接觸，但看了好多builders的設計都不喜歡，而且我們是從Toronto搬過來的，對Mattamy比較熟悉，他們在Toronto跟 Tribute 和 Kylemore 都是比較好的builders。他們都很注重社區發展，並不像那些賣了房就跑路的開發商。而且我們觀望了許久，碰上冬天加上樓市下滑，他們大部份models都調降 10k-20k，而且當時Phase 1所剩的lots不多，跟他們還了價(是指Lot premium + upgrade credit的還價, 新樓房價本身是不二價的)，所以我想我們買的時機是碰對了。

我們都在市區上班，我是聽住Kanata的同事說如果碰巧有Sens games，加上大雪或意外，開回家試過要2-3個小時，所以沒有考慮 Fairwind。

犹豫了很长时间，还是觉得垃圾场问题对我来说比较重要，对两个地方都有顾忌，暂时忍痛割爱，先不考虑，看看其他楼盘再说

Just signed the purchase agreement with mattamy 2 weeks ago

The dump spot has been an ongoing project for a few years, never been an issue! There are many builder's houses around, richcraft, urbandale, mattamy, monarch, teramark.. the spot is more than 2000 meters away...., checking with ottawa city, they are resticted foliages wastes only...

Just like the city guy says, if we should have minded the far away dump center,
we should have minded more about the nearby drive through food center, bus
stops, farming pesticides.....

I like the nature scene around and many people live there are IT professionals , barrhaven center is 1000 meters away.... no phase 1 houses left now

昨天去一朋友家,顺便去MATTAMY的HALF MOON BAY售楼处看了看,居然有二十几个中外人士在那里露营排队,说是等新的一期开盘,那场景让人看了,还真够夸张的!
