Fishing Licensing

Hi, Guys

I prepare to buy fishing license this year. May I have following questions for you?
(1) Can one family(2 people) use one license in case of only one fishing rod showing at site?
(2) What type of license do you usually own? Conservation or Sport?
(3) Can any place river without forbidden sign be used as fishing site? How could I know whether I can fish at one place or not?
(4) What are your most favorable places of fishing?
(5) I would like to join you guys. When will you first fish this year?

(1)illegal. But most of the time, police will not care of that, you can say the rod is used by the license owner.
(2)that depends on you. but I think you can get conservation first, then when you feel better, you can update it to sport.
(3)You can get journal in Canadian Tire or Fishing Shops. It will tell what kind fish and when you can start fishing.
(4)go out of the cities, and some lakes are pretty good.
(5)I did not jion this club. You can ask them. I saw them taking some fishing trips last year.

around 20 bucks/year(for conservation). maybe 18, I'm not sure, but not expensive in fact.
