Yes, U of Ottawa.

2。 每年有几次？在什么时候？

For 2008/2009 academic year, there are only two test dates left from now: May 2, 2009, and Jane 6, 2009

3。 大概应该几年级去考？

It's totally up to you, there is no age/grade limit. My kid registered the first SAT at grade 6.
