Foggy window problem

Several days ago, a window in my master bed room was found some fog in between two panels. I guess that the window seal failed. Who has the similar experince? The window is just over the warrenty.
How to take the fog off?

I just had the similar problem a couple of months ago, because my windows are still under warrenty, I called my builder and they sent people over changed the window right away. The worker told me that when you see fog between two glasses, it's definatly seal failed. The problem with my window was a tiny crack at edge of one glass, it was behind window frame, we could not see it without taking the panel off the frame.
