Tree Removal

I have a big tree. Its height is around 3 stories and it is located at between 2 houses (very close).

Now I want to remove it. Anyone can recommend a contractor? Or anyone can share your experience will be appreciated.

Also have some questions? What's the price? What the contractor will do? Do they completely remove the tree or just cut the part above the ground?
