[FONT=細明體]It’s that time once again! Time to get out there and join thousands of community volunteers for the 16th Annual Spring Cleaning the Capital Campaign. Over the past 15 years, nearly half a million volunteers have worked alongside City staff in this bi-annual cleanup event.[/FONT]
