各位老大,请教住在河两边各有什么生活工作上的不同。
孩子的入学和大人工作培训福利等人,还有房价和生活上的消费等。

Hull: Houses are cheaper, better child benefit; Taxes higher.
Ottawa: TNT is opening in September.

The child care fee $7 per day is good, no matter what's your income. But you have to make sure you can get a space. I put my name in the waiting list before I make a decision to have a baby. Higher personal income tax. For example, a gross income $50K, you'll pay about $3k more in QC. House is cheaper, you'll get less back when you sale the house. But for those whose new to Canada, and you don't have a job and you don't have a study plan, and you need some money for survival living and willing to study French (very hard, only for 6 months), you can get about $600 per month in compesation.

So the over all for me to feel good to live there was the daycare fee which in return to QC I pay more tax back.
