请问一下colonel by 高中的IB program

请问大家如果在Bell high school上学可以单独去colonel by去上IB专业吗，还是只有在colonel by上学才能学IB? 或者colonel by暑假有IB专业的课可能上吗？谢谢大家

I was very interesting in IB and went to their open-house. But i can't remember the details of requirement, except a lot of people were in meeting place. about 200. you can check the information through their school-website.


---Only one school has IB among public schools.
---pass the test then can be in IB class
---don't apply the boundary of school.

学生可以申请IB，经过考试合格后，方才可以进入IB PROGRAM。

His/her question is if he/she could enroll in the IB program while attending Bell High at the same time (if I read that right).

My answer is probably not as the program seems to be for full time only.
