china isolate ppl who come from high risk with swine flu area, is right, this is a way called infection precaution/control, protect ppl who are healthy, and limit virus xfer....

do not give retarded example as canadian goverment, during SARS, they should do same thing ----isolate ppl who came back from china, all ppl should be isolated doesn't matter what're their citizenship, if the canadian goverment did, then some innocent ppl may still alive
