分享 – Another Rogers free Chinese 频道
Occasionally I found another free Chinese channels – WOWTV at Rogers TV channel 808. It is a Toronto multi-culture TV and have more local Canada news.
Post it for interested people 分享.
It speaks Chinese after 5:30pm and evening time (In Mandarin and Cantonese and always have Chinese characters at bottom). It may have other time speaking Chinese.
