后院的花草,土, patio石头等算不算在政府退税的范围之内?

如果不是请专门的园艺公司或者patio公司, 自己弄后院.

那买的花草, 土和石头等是不是可以算在home renovation tax credit里面?

说的极端一点, 几十块钱买几颗花草种在后院能不能算啊?

它没有说一次要超过1000块才行啊. 我其他的home renovation早就超过1000块了. 所以问问超过以后的情况.

My understanding is that your total tax credit for 2009 (after Jan. 27, 2009, before Feb. 2010) would be 15% of your total expenses up to $10,000, but the first $1000 does not count. That is from $2000 to $10,000, you can get $1,350 tax credit (I think it is non-refundable). It does not matter how much you spend on each project. Good luck.
